When will I receive my order?

To be environmentally friendly and avoid waste, we only begin production once sales have ended. You will receive your order within two weeks of the event.

I made a mistake when ordering, what should I do?

I chose to collect on site but I won't be able to go there in the end, what should I do?

If you are unable to attend the event to collect your order, please inform us as soon as possible by email at hello@my-events-shop.com or via online chat, specifying your order number.

We can then send you a link to pay the shipping costs and send it to you, or refund you.
