Can I still order after the online sales end?
Unfortunately, we only produce products that have been pre-ordered online.
Therefore, once pre-orders are closed, it will no longer be possible to order.

How do I collect my order for on-site pickup?
Event volunteers will be responsible for distributing orders.
All you need to do is go to the corresponding stand with your order confirmation.
I made a withdrawal at the stand but I won't be able to get there in the end, what should I do?
If you are unable to attend the official stand, please inform us as soon as possible by emailing hello@my-events-shop.com, specifying your order number.
We can then send you a link to pay the shipping costs and send it to you, or refund you.
There is an error on my order, what should I do?
For any errors on an order (sizes, colors, shipping methods, etc.), please inform us as soon as possible at the email address hello@my-events-shop.com, specifying your order number.
