Comment récupérer ma commande en retrait sur place ?
Un stand lors de l'évènement sera organiser afin d'assurer la distribution des commandes.
Il vous suffira de vous rendre au stand correspondant muni de votre confirmation de commande.
J'ai pris un retrait au stand mais je ne pourrais finalement pas m'y rendre, comment faire ?
Si vous ne pouvez pas vous rendre sur le stand officiel, merci de nous en informer le plus rapidement possible à l'adresse mail hello@my-events-shop.com en précisant votre numéro de commande.
Nous pourrons alors vous envoyer un lien pour payer les frais de port et vous l'envoyer, ou bien, vous remboursez.
